What each document covers
Sample Home Inspection Report
A clear, photo-rich PDF that highlights Safety, Major, and Maintenance items, plus practical next steps. It reflects conditions at the time of inspection and follows our SOP.
Standards of Practice (SOP)
Defines the scope (visual, non-invasive, readily accessible components), limitations (no code compliance or destructive testing), and systems inspected (roof, exterior, structure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, interiors, insulation/ventilation).
Code of Ethics
Our promise to act with integrity, independence, competence, and confidentiality. We avoid conflicts (no repairs on inspected homes for 12 months) and keep our marketing factual.
Pre-Inspection Agreement
The service contract: scope, exclusions, your responsibilities (safe access, utilities on), fee and payment terms, delivery timeline, third-party reliance, and dispute-resolution language.
Re-Inspection Policy
Available after repairs by qualified trades. Covers what we re-check, fees, and how we report back on corrected items.
Complaint & Customer-Care Process
Simple steps: email us with details (and photos), response within 2 business days, and—if appropriate—a site visit and fair review under the agreement/SOP.
Privacy Statement

Optional Consents

-
Authorization to Share Report: let us send your report to your agent, lawyer, or lender.
Website Terms & Cancellation

FAQs
Can my agent or lender rely on the report?
The report is prepared exclusively for you (the named client). With your written consent, we can share a copy—others should perform their own due diligence.
Will you find every defect?
No inspection is technically exhaustive. We perform a visual review of readily accessible areas and report material defects seen at the time of inspection.
How quickly will I get my report?
Typically within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
