Commercial Inspection

Whether you are purchasing your first commercial property or an experienced investor who owns several buildings, purchasing a commercial property is a very important financial commitment. Since the repairs and/or replacement of a major component on a commercial building like roof or HVAC units can be costly. Knowing the actual condition of the building is very important.

Indoor Air Quality Inspection

Research has shown that the quality of indoor air can be worse than that of outdoor air. Many homes are built or remodelled more tightly, without regard to the factors that assure fresh and healthy indoor air. Our homes today contain many furnishings, appliances and products that can affect indoor air quality.

If too little outdoor air enters a home, pollutants can accumulate to levels that can pose health and comfort problems. Health effects from indoor air pollutants may be experienced soon after exposure or, possibly years later.

Mold Inspection

Molds are part of the natural environment. Outdoors, molds play a part in nature by breaking down dead organic matter, such as fallen leaves and dead trees. But indoors, mold growth should be avoided. Molds reproduce by means of tiny spores; the spores are invisible to the naked eye and float through outdoor and indoor air. Mold may begin growing indoors when mold spores land on surfaces that are wet.
