The Essential Inspection Package is our most popular package! It includes everything in the BASIC Inspection Package plus these additional services:
- An Infrared Themal Imaging scan of common concern areas throughout the home such as finished basements, electrical panels and ceilings. ($100 value)
- A Recall check Report and Sewrguard

The Premium package Inspection Package is the best value and the most comprehensive available anywhere! Includes everything in the Essential Inspection Package plus these additional services:
- A complete Infrared (IR) Thermal Imaging scan to identify possible concealed water problems, and help protect you from hidden damage and mold issues. ($150 value)
- Our exclusive Mold Inspection & Indoor Air Quality Testing Services which includes 2 indoor air samples and 1 outside control sample and a complete visual inspection of the entire home for signs of water intrusion and mold growth.
